Upon purchasing, you will receive a questionnaire in your email which will help me determine which workout plan will best apply to your fitness goals.
Once your workout routine has been determined, you will recieve a list of supplements that I feel will best support your goals. These are supplements that I have either personally tried or have had previous clients try with great results. No purchase of supplements is required but is highly recommended.
