Upon purchasing, you will receive a questionnaire and approved food list in your email which will help me determine what and how much food you will be eating throughout your day. (4-6 of the same meals daily for one month.)
Once your nutrition plan has been completed, you will recieve a list of supplements that I feel will best support your goals.
